MADE FOR THE SMALL SHOPNO PAYMENT GATEWAY REQUIREDYOUR OWN EXPORTABLE RECORDS

LESS ADMIN. FEWER GUESSING GAMES.

Everything between the fitting room and the pickup rail.

01

Quick garment intake

Capture customer alias, garment, work notes, promised date, and quoted price on one ticket.

02

Stage-by-stage handoff

Move each job from intake to sewing, ready, and picked up with explicit transition checks.

03

Due-date radar

Spot overdue open work before the customer walks through the door.

04

Private shop records

Keep account-scoped tickets, chronological event histories, and spreadsheet exports.

THE WORKFLOW

Three steps. Zero sticky notes.

Capture the job, move it through work, and record the actual handoff. A pickup confirmation is a shop record, not proof of customer identity or a legal signature.

  1. 01 · Intake

Create a unique reference and promised date.

  2. 02 · Work

Advance from intake to in progress and ready.

  3. 03 · Pickup

Confirm handoff and retain the timestamp.

PILOT OFFER · NOT AVAILABLE FOR CHECKOUT

Simple enough for the corner shop.

PROPOSED ASSISTED SETUP

$179 one-time

Initial migration of up to 30 tickets, one-shop workflow setup, and a handoff walkthrough. Price is a proposal, not an accepted sale.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

SMS, invoices, automated payments, hardware integration, or production uptime guarantees. No card collection is enabled.

DOCUMENTATION

Start with the basics.

Local beta accounts use email/password and a private cookie session. Set a unique strong password and avoid entering sensitive customer measurements or payment-card information.

Operator guide

1. Register an account.

2. Create a ticket with a unique reference.

3. Move intake → in progress → ready → picked up.

4. Download CSV and maintain your own backups.

Invalid transitions are rejected. Picked-up tickets cannot be silently reopened.

FIELD NOTES

From the workroom.

OPERATIONS · OCT 2026

Why a promised date belongs on the ticket

When an alteration is due before a wedding or interview, a date in someone's memory isn't enough. Record it at intake and review open work daily.

WORKFLOW · OCT 2026

Ready isn't the same as picked up

Keep those states separate so your rail inventory and completed handoffs don't get confused.

QUESTIONS & PILOT INTEREST

Let's make the counter calmer.

No monitored support channel is connected to this beta. For now, use the authenticated in-app note field only as a private record, not as a message that anyone will read.
